Consequently, our after sales support personnel are able to provide an uncompromising degree of professionalism, reliability and efficiency when undertaking all manner of service activities involved with equipment installations.
Based on its experience, BRUSH has developed a commanding position for managing the complex activity involved in the undertaking of site operations associated with the exchange of existing equipment i.e. other original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) equipment replaced by complete new BRUSH products, which has been specified to be electrically and mechanically compatible with the existing plant.
Commissioning
To complement its market-leading position for supplying and installing electrical power generation equipment, BRUSH also has an unrivalled position within the power industry for meeting customer needs in providing highly qualified and competent teams of electrical commissioning engineers, who are able to undertake the complete electrical testing and commissioning of an entire power plant installation. Such commissioning responsibilities are inclusive of generator compliance testing, the setting up of electrical excitation systems, equipment protection devices and grid synchronising prior to handing over of the facility for normal commercial operation.
BRUSH also has the capabilities for providing equally qualified and highly motivated personnel to undertake the complex commissioning of entire power management systems, which are designed to provide management and control of complete generation, distribution and load networks, nominally associated with the oil & gas industries.
As an original equipment manufacturer, BRUSH has been installing and commissioning generators, excitation systems and power management systems produced in our factories for decades. Every product we produce is fully assembled and tested in the factory prior to delivery. This ensures that when the product arrives at site it is "complete" in every possible way.
We can offer a complete installation service or alternatively supply a supervisor to "oversee" and guide the installation, testing and commissioning of your equipment.
We offer complete method statements and risk Assessments in accordance with our ISO9001 and ISO 14001 accreditation. Dedicated site quality plans are compiled for every site contract.
