Roebel Bars

This new Roebeling equipment is a fully CNC controlled stator bar/coil Roebeling line, adopts best industry practices in the manufacture of high voltage stator bar insulation systems. The new equipment produces stator bars to a high and consistent quality to meet today’s exacting standards within the power generation industry.

This equipment provides an effective and efficient stator bar manufacturing process, with the capability to produce roebeled stator bars from both solid and hollow sectioned conductors.

The new line provides a continuous and integrated process comprising, unrolling, stripping and cutting, with integrated multiple shaping press jaws producing both Roebel and Chapeau forms of transposition. This versatile and robust machine provides consistent roebel bars to be formed with both hollow and solid profiled conductors. This equipment enables quick and easy manufacture for all large generator designs, along with increased site productivity and performance to a consistent and high standard
