Apprentice and Graduate Training Programmes

At BRUSH, we are pleased to offer a range of training programmes aimed at school leavers and graduates

Working At Brush

The health and wellbeing of our employees and their families is a high priority and our rewards are therefore practical and flexible to meet the needs of the business in a highly competitive environment.

We operate a competitive pension scheme with competitive company contributions.

To help with child care costs, employees can sacrifice some of their salary in exchange for childcare vouchers saving money on childcare costs (which are exempt from Tax and NI)

We offer a BRUSH apprenticeship through a four-year programme within our manufacturing department. We’ll help you learn on the job and also through a study programme provided by Loughborough College. As a BRUSH apprentice you could get involved in key projects which will be both focussed on the job and also the community. What’s more, you’ll be taking home a wage while you do it and gaining all the right qualifications to build an exciting career in the power industry.

Graduate Programmes

Our two-year intensive graduate scheme gives exceptional talent the ideal platform for growth and a solid grounding for a career at BRUSH within Engineering. Our ultimate goal is to develop your people, personal and technical skills, so that you can grow into a versatile, commercially aware business leader. Once you’ve completed the graduate programme, there’s lots of potential to fulfil your aspirations within our successful business across the globe.
