BRUSH Turbogenerators announces the acquisition of Generator & Motor Services, (GMS) of Pittsburgh, PA.

BRUSH, the world’s largest independent manufacturer of turbogenerators has announced the acquisition of Generator & Motor Services (GMS) of Pittsburgh, PA. BRUSH has a long history of manufacturing power generation equipment for utility, oil & gas and industrial applications. BRUSH, an established OEM since 1879 operates factories in the Czech Republic and The Netherlands in addition to its main manufacturing facility in the United Kingdom.

For over 20 years, GMS has provided engineering driven solutions for generator maintenance services supporting the power generation industry. Since its inception, GMS has provided a full range of inspection, testing, engineering, repair and patented retrofits of generators for all major OEM’s throughout the United States.
