BRUSH Aftermarket announces new balancing pit
To better support our clients we have recently undertaken a significant project to retrofit and upgrade our 2nd larger balancing and over speed facility at our location in Ridderkerk, The Netherlands
The 2nd facility has the capability for rotors up to 55 ton in weight and up to 10 meters in length. The facility is suitable for 4-pole and 2-pole rotors of 50 and 60Hz operation and is capable of performing the over speed testing up to 125% of the rated speed for all rotors
The facility was officially opened at the beginning of January 2010 and has expanded our capabilities at the Ridderkerk facility for both BRUSH manufactured rotors and those of 3rd party manufacture as well as complimenting our facilities in Loughborough in the
