BRUSH at OTC 2012

Offshore Technology Conference is the world's foremost and largest event for the development of offshore resources in the fields of drilling, exploration, production and environmental protection. OTC is held annually in Houston each May and this year’s exhibition had more than 2,500 companies representing 46 countries. Attendance at this year’s conference reached a 30-year high of 89,400, the third highest in show history and up 14% from 2011.  

The BRUSH display highlighted capabilities to provide Generators, Power Management and Transformers to meet the highest specifications demanded by this specialized market segment.  The exhibit was alongside 80 other UK/Scottish companies in a co-ordinated display in the main exhibit hall, organized under the British - Energy Industries Council (EIC), the leading trade association for UK companies supplying goods and services to energy industries worldwide.

Our 20MW class turbogenerators both 2 & 4 pole have been utilized on offshore platforms and marine applications since the early 70’s. 

PRISMIC power management were first supplied for marine services in 1980 and continuous technical improvements enable our equipment to provide critical control and fast acting supervision of isolated marine electrical systems.  Current projects include generators and controls for installations worldwide including the largest FLNG and FPSO vessels currently under construction.
