We take a consultative approach to service through a process of periodic inspections, engineering reports, recommendations for services and upgrades.
Our goal is to provide customers with sufficient evidence to make informed decisions concerning reliability management of their power supply, and the lifecycle management of their capital equipment.
BRUSH has a global field service division which can support customers in the event of an unplanned outage.
The quickest way to return the generator to service is to repair on site. During a planned inspection our team will identify recommendations for repairs, if the repairs are minor, and time allows the repairs can be performed immediately. If the repair requires more time, our team will work with yours to schedule repairs to minimise outage and downtime.
Where local conditions prevent repair, BRUSH offers a turnkey factory repair programme.
BRUSH can perform upgrades and modifications to any generator regardless of OEM.
We can also offer complete replacement generators to fulfil demanding site requirements and bespoke installation needs, focused on creating a package for the customer that is both electrically and mechanically interchangeable, dramatically reducing plant down time on site.
Our expert BRUSH engineers don’t just specialize in our own products. They have comprehensive technical skills and are able to carry out extensive work on equipment produced by third party manufacturers, such as reverse engineering, re-engineering and servicing.
