COVID-19 Business Update – 7th April 2020
The COVID-19 outbreak continues to challenge the lives and work of all around the world and BRUSH continues to diligently observe Government instructions with regard to managing the spread of the COVID-19 outbreak.
We wish to reassure our customers that BRUSH Switchgear, BRUSH Transformers & HGI in the UK, BRUSH Generators in the Czech Republic and BRUSH Americas in the USA all remain fully operational with our dedicated Field Service Engineers available to support our customers critical operations.
We support customers within the Power Generation and Infrastructure sectors with many of our activities falling under the “Critical” classification and are actively working with our supply chain to minimise risks of disruption.
We are temporarily operating with reduced Generator Field Service resources in both the Netherlands and the UK to cover critical and emergency requests. This is primarily due to the travel restrictions implemented by various governments which limit the ability of our Field Service Engineers to travel internationally.
In the UK we have also implemented an extended Easter Holiday & moved as many office personnel as possible to home working to ensure that we do everything possible to protect the welfare of our employees and their families.
BRUSH continues to monitor the situation daily and will react accordingly to ensure that wherever possible we continue to provide the superior service and support that hallmarks BRUSH as an electrical equipment & service partner.
We appreciate that this is a rapidly evolving scenario and we will continue to provide updates as necessary.

Maintaining continuity of service whilst protecting the welfare of our customers and our people
As the world continues to be challenged with the rapidly evolving Covid-19 situation, we are determined to do what we can to support our customers and our people through these uncertain times.
BRUSH Group is committed to maintain continuity of service and is helping its esteemed customer base across the globe to secure the reliable and efficient operation of mission critical equipment in their operations and plants whilst protecting the welfare of all people involved.
While doing this BRUSH Group has taken critical steps to ensure that we mitigate the risk of exposure for our colleagues, our customers, suppliers and partners, and we are following advice from the World Health Organization (WHO), the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), as well as local government regulations and advise.
We are also doing everything in our power to maintain production schedules and are dedicated to deliver all projects as scheduled. Should delivery dates become impacted we will inform you as soon as we know to keep disruption of your planning to a minimum.
